Well, what can we say! We have known you for 2 months and you have successfully renewed our faith in `real estate agents`! Jason and I have had our fair share of dealings with real estate agents over the past 7 years with selling and buying our `homes` and `investment properties`. It had become a standard expectation of no matter what agent we chose, we would probably be disappointed at some stage. We even went as far as discussing choosing our next Agent based on their looks rather than anything else because it just didn`t matter - the service would eventually become poor or non existent. It is a shame that we had considered resorting to this `criteria` but it truly seemed it didn`t matter. We then bumped into you at an open house that Jason had to drag me to! As usual we were quite guarded about our circumstance and not wanting to give anything away. You made us feel very comfortable and allowed us to roam the house at our own leisure and we did not feel pressured in any way. We then listed our properties with you and your continued professionalism has left us astounded. Communication is of the utmost importance to us and where previous Agents have failed us miserably in this respect, you have excelled. It should not be something that is `agreed upon` between the parties - it is something that should be expected and automatic. You have kept us informed along the way and on a regular basis and this has made the whole process so much more pleasant!. We have not felt `left in the dark` at any time and appreciate your honesty and the respect you have shown us as your clients. When we were going to look at what was to become our new home, we were surprised at your offer to take us to our prospective new home (which we ended up buying) in your car - it is a service that has never been offered to us in all our dealings with real estate agents. A+ for that! We would recommend you to our family and friends without hesitation and we are more than happy to be considered one of your valued clients. We have every intention of returning when we are ready to purchase (or sell) again. Thank you for treating us like `people` rather than a number and for not dumping us as soon as you got the sale!
