I wanted to thank you and John, and recognise the great management of the sale of Apartment 45, The Pinnacle, Surfers Paradise and the purchase of the Ephraim Island penthouse, 27802 plus Marina berth. It`s a tough market out there but Valerie and I are very happy with the settlements.
